If You Are Reading This...

I assume you would like your life to change for the better.

Maybe your life has simply gotten off track and you could use a safe, supportive place to figure out how you got there and what direction you would like to take it in.

Or maybe you are suffering from Depression or anxiety and could use some help learning to recognize and change those thoughts and behaviors that have been robbing your life of joy.

You could be in a committed relationship, but find that you and your partner keep circling around the same issues without finding resolution. You are wondering if perspective from an outside, neutral professional might be helpful. Or perhaps you would simply like to develop the most vibrant, growing relationship possible.

Maybe you're a parent who has tried everything you can think of to help your child and feel it is time to partner with a caring professional to bring about the results you are looking for.

These are just some of the reasons people seek counseling. With many years of professional experience, I have helped people of all ages and backgrounds find hope and healing for a wide range of issues in a safe, nonjudgemental, confidential setting. I would welcome the opportunity to partner with you, tailoring treatment to meet your individual needs.
